• Platform Purpose: TutoGenius provides digital course structures, career guidance, WBCHSE and Madhyamik preparation materials, and competitive exam resources. These are designed as supplementary educational aids.
• Intellectual Property: All content, including text, graphics, logos, app UI/UX designs, videos, and study notes, is the exclusive property of TutoGenius. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not copy, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the TutoGenius App or website without prior written permission. Account sharing for premium courses is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

• Transactions: All premium course purchases and digital product transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay.
• Pricing: Prices for courses and digital materials are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is final.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our study materials and courses, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of technical failures on our end that permanently prevent access to purchased content, subject to verification by our support team.

4. App Functionality and Uptime

We strive to ensure the TutoGenius App and website are accessible 24/7. However, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical troubleshooting. We are not liable for any disruption to your study schedule caused by platform downtime.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we work diligently to provide accurate, high-quality, and up-to-date educational content, TutoGenius makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes, examination results, or career placements. The platform is an educational guide, and your success depends on your individual effort and dedication.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the TutoGenius website, or the mobile application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
